Q:Can you describe about the spherical  type rubber bearing?
A:The spherical  type rubber bearing is round plate rubber bearing improved.The force at the end of beam by the spherical surface of the rubber layers below gradually spread to steel plate and rubber layer.At the bottom of the rubber bearing with a circle of diameter 2.5mm is a semi circular rubber ring,to adjust the stress condition of the bottom surface and to improve or avoid bearing the bottom surface of the void phenomenon,in order to make the bearing bottom surface be uniform.

Q:What are the advantages of the spherical type rubber bearing?
A:The following are the advantages of the spherical type rubber bearing:

1,The reaction of the spherical rubber bearing is more uniform in the concrete.

2.Small dynamic torque,and it has nothing to do with the size of the support. It is particularly applicable to the requirements of large angle, the maximum design angle is 0.05rad.

3,Its anisotropic rotation performance is consistent. It is suitable for wide bridge, curved bridge.

4,Rubber aging has no effect on the rotation performance of the bearing,especially suitable for low temperature regions.
